Real estate advisory mission related to the "Reyers" site for the RTBF

The RTBF (Radio Télévision Belge de la Communauté Française) has selected Anixton to carry out a real estate advisory mission related to the "Reyers" site (80.000 sqm). The goal of the study is to help the RTBF to define the real estate strategy they will adopt in the coming years while considering tax, financial, organizational, environmental and opportunistic aspects. The law firm DLA Piper, the SDRB/BRDA (Brussels Regional Development Agency) and the ABE/BEA (Brussels Enterprise Agency) will collaborate to this mission, Anixton having proposed an extended professional team.
