Bouygues Immobilier Belgium is selling the “Delta Project” property currently under construction, to a private Belgian investor.

This office building, with a total surface area of 5,200 m² and 42 parking spaces, is situated on the Avenue Jules Cockx in 1160 Brussels.

It is currently being developed by Bouygues Immobilier Belgium, which will deliver it in November 2010 at the latest.

The building has been pre-leased, notably to Fiat Group Automobiles Belgium S.A. (3,800 m²).

The transaction verges on EUR 11 million, commission and fees included.

This transaction has been carried out exclusively through real estate consultant Anixton on behalf of Bouygues Immobilier Belgium.
