The ACP moves to the 'Aqueduc 118' building

18 February 2020

The African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP) owns a building located at Avenue Georges Henri 451 in 1200 Brussels. Altiplan and FI Engineering have been commissioned to carry out a thorough renovation of this building, requiring the temporary relocation of its current occupant.

In this context, Anixton has been entrusted with the task of ‘tenant representation’.

After an in-depth study of the market and the various possible real estate alternatives, ACP decided to rent the building located at rue de l’Aqueduc 118 in 1050 Brussels, in the immediate vicinity of Place du Châtelain.

This building, intended to be transformed into a high-end residential project after the ACP’s exit, offers a surface area of almost 6,000 m² and around 100 parking spaces. It also has numerous conference rooms, including one with close to 700 places, which are particularly well suited to the needs of the ACP.

The owner of the building, the Bouwen Group, was represented by BuyerSide.

“Anixton provided us with a wide range of options that we could work with to come up with the building which most suited our requirements and the way we work. Anixton may be a small team but they deliver big results!”, Alec Singh, CTO, ACP General Secretariat
