Following a public call for tenders, Anixton was selected by Actiris (Brussels Regional Employment Office), to assist the public body with their project to bring several entities together and relocate.
Having advised on the choice of building and assisted Actiris in the long-term lease signature process, Anixton advised on the sale of this iconic building to a South Korea investment fund represented by Patrizia.
This sales operation, involving what was at the time the largest passive building in Europe (Astro Tower, 36,000 m²), was one of the largest and most complex (sale upon completion with follow-up of works) capital markets transactions in Belgium. The investment volume exceeded 170 million Euros.
