- Consultancy mission with a view to assisting Erasme hospital in its thinking for financing the ‘New Erasme’ real estate project (117,000 m²);
- Messancy: advice on the sale of the real estate and on the operation of a 180-bed rest and care home located in Messancy (Luxembourg Province – Belgium);
