Since 2009, Anixton has become a preferred partner of insurance company Intégrale and has advised it in the investment of almost 200 million Euros, which is almost 20% of its property holdings.

  • ‘Gutenberg’: investment advice for a building (Brussels, 29,000 m²), entirely let to the Ministry of Finance;
  • ‘Waterside’: investment advice for an office building (Brussels, 12,000 m²) entirely let via Anixton to the Ministry of Justice;
  • ‘Drapiers’: investment advice for a building (Brussels, 9,000 m²) entirely let via Anixton to the E.D.A. (European Defence Agency);
  • ‘Airport Garden’: investment advice for an industrial building (Zaventem, 4,500 m²) entirely let to G4S;
  • ‘South City Office Fonsny’: investment advice for an office building (Brussels, 13,200 m²) entirely let to Smals;
  • ‘Arval’: investment advice for an office building (Zaventem, 4,700 m²) entirely let to Arval.
