Anixton finalises the sale of the "Tervuren Plaza"
IVG Real Estate Belgium has transferred the leasehold rights and the bare ownership of the "Tervuren Plaza" building (10,000 sqm – Brussels) to aik (APO Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH), a property investment company for occupational pension funds and insurance companies.

The original Irish holding O'Mahony has sold the “Drapiers” building (9,000 sqm, Louise district in Brussels) to the Belgian insurance company INTEGRALE.
