Anixton has built up recognised experience in the ICT sector.
A few examples of our missions:
- Analysis of a real estate portfolio for France Telecom in Belgium (4 subsidiaries, 2 locations on more than 30,000 m²) within the framework of the ‘Build together’ project;
- Complete mission to select the new headquarters for Mobistar in Belgium (30,000 m², built-to-suit);
- Consultancy within the framework of the ‘Build together’ project aiming to bring together the 13 companies of the Orange España group (14 buildings totalling almost 41,000 m²);
- Anixton also assisted UMC (Ukrainian Mobile Communication) in regrouping its various buildings into two locations in Kiev.
