Maritiem Huis

The National Social Security Office designated Anixton (in 2019) for the sale of one of their real estate properties located at Olijftakstraat 7-13 in Antwerp.
The building, called ‘Maritiem Huis’, dates from 1969 and has an area of approximately 4500 m². At the time, it served as a meeting place for sailors looking for work. It was then occupied by the ONSS who has now released the premises.
Anixton has sold the building at a price 40% higher than the initial valuation to an UK investment fund which will transform the building into a co-working space.
