Vincent Gérin, Academic Director of the Executive Master in Future-Proof Real Estate

In his role of Academic Director of this new executive master, Vincent Gérin, CEO of Anixton, is putting in place a future-oriented executive education programme co-organized by 3 Faculties of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Solvay Brussels School – Economics and Management, Ecole Polytechnique de Bruxelles and Faculté d’Architecture La Cambre-Horta).

The real estate sector is going through a profound transformation towards carbon neutrality, circularity, integration of evolving societal expectations and better integration in the local urban context.

As Belgium and Brussels have the ambition to be leaders in Europe as innovative real estate hubs, this programme represents a key opportunity for its participants to become positive change makers. It is supported by leading sector associations, innovation clusters, and companies of the sector.
