Anixton advised the developers (BPI, Atenor and Espace Midi) on the sale of this new state-of-the-art real estate project of a surface area of 13,200 m² to an insurance company. The building was entirely let to Smals under a long-term lease and is located alongside the South Station. The investment value of the project is almost 49 million euros.
