Homegrade rents out the entire « Quetelet 7 » pavilion

Homegrade (www.homegrade.brussels), the advice and support centre for housing in the Brussels-Capital Region, has decided to rent the entire “Quetelet 7” pavilion, located on the eponymous square in 1210 Brussels, which is the former astronomy observatory built in 1830.

In 2017, Anixton had already advised Homegrade on the rental of half of this building.

In view of the expansion of this public body, Anixton negotiated a new lease on behalf of the tenant, both in terms of m² (1,500 m²) and duration (18 years). The building will also be entirely renovated by its owner.

With this new transaction, Anixton will have advised the Brussels-Capital Region on nearly 100,000 m² of leasing and acquisition.
