perspective.brussels entrusted Anixton with two missions consisting in carrying out a market study and research for two sites that could host two Dutch-speaking primary schools for 250 students each, in the communes of Saint-Gilles and Ixelles.

Each school is looking to purchase a plot of land between 2,000 and 3,000 m², with a built or to be built area of 1,500 to 2,000 m². There must also be the possibility of creating a playground.

Each site must also be perfectly accessible by public transport.
