Following a public call for tenders, Anixton was selected by the Brussels CPAS / OCMW to assist them in two historical sites disposal missions:
- ‘Domaine Latour de Freins’: transfer of the long-term lease for this incredible and partially listed castle (6,232 m²) in order to turn it into a private school which would also accommodate other educational establishments;
- ‘Familistère Godin’: sale of this iconic industrial building (7,732 m²) dating from the 19th century to a private investor who is to redevelop it into a large and innovative residential project.
