- Signature of a new lease with Brussels public authority for the ‘Barricades’ building (Brussels, 3,100 m²), followed by the sale of this building to an insurance company;
- Sale of a 31,000 m² logistics warehouse located at Strepy-Bracquegnies to a private investor.
